Pauline Richardson was appointed Head of House following eleven years of experience in running a department within a medical environment.

Pauline is responsible for the recruiting of staff, setting standards for patient care in a pleasant environment, working in a friendly team developing good systems and processes.

Pauline has AMSPAR, teaching and management qualifications all of which enhances this role. Pauline has eleven years of experience in the area of Pain Management and Anaesthesia.
